Matt Kobelski has been working in the worlds of real estate and law since 2005. Matt came to Credentials after several successful years at Wilmerhale LLP and NixonPeabody LLP where he was a paralegal in litigation and bankruptcy. He turned to real estate full time to pursue his passion. With partners Michael Armano and Michael Desousa, Matt helped found Credentials as a premiere real estate firm. Matt has always been described as a workhorse and he brings his passion for real estate and commitment to each client on every transaction. Matt is known for his attention to detail when helping clients understand the sometimes complex and confusing world of real estate transactions. Nothing brings Matt greater joy than seeing satisfied clients walk out of his office with a smile on their face and the knowledge that they received the best advice and guidance possible.
It really can’t be any other way because results is a word that Matt Kobelski has centered his life around. Growing up in a family of ten with a father in the military, results were not only expected but were a way to stand out from the crowd. Matt brings that drive for results to the office each and every day. Since Matt considers what he is doing to be his dream job, he gets to the office each morning determined to make things happen and deliver results to each and every client.
Matt is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Massachusetts. He is a Board Member of the Northeast Association of Realtors and a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the American Land Title Association and the New England Land Title Association.
